There’s no better way to celebrate the holidays than by nurturing a food baby. If you don’t end the month without a bulging midsection, then it’s time you stop calling yourself a foodie.
To make your holiday meals more delightful, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has released a series of specials that are sure to satisfy the carnivore in you.
Is there a dish that’s more celebratory than steak?
There’s nothing we can think of. If you agree, go for the USDA Prime Rib Weekend Set. For P2988+, you get 400g of steak, plus au jus, mashed or german potatoes, creamed spinach, broccoli, and horseradish cream. Make your Christmas weekends more memorable by sinking your teeth into this juicy slab of meat.
We recommend that you order this steak rare. That way, you can taste and appreciate the amount of time and effort that Wolfgang’s Steakhouse puts into aging the beef. During the 28-day aging process, the beef’s natural enzymes break down the steak’s muscular tissue. This makes it more tender, while at the same time intensifying the flavor.
Looking for something more accessible than steak? Don’t worry. Until the end of December, you can take your pick from the Classic Burger ($10 or approx. P500), the New York Burger ($14 or approx. P700), or the Waikiki Burger ($14 or approx. P700).
All three Prime Holiday Burgers feature the house’s signature USDA Prime Angus Beef Patties. You can think of these burgers as the hipper, cooler, and more casual version of their steaks. Grab a beer with your friends and dig in. These burgers are available only at the bar and al fresco dining area.
True burger connoisseurs know that it’s all about the beef. You can stack a burger high with a ton of ingredients, but in the end, it’s the beef patty that should deliver. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse understands these beliefs.
If you want to know what we mean, try the Classic Burger, a simple, no-frills burger that highlights the quality of the beef. The tomato, pickles, onions, and lettuce are served on the side so you can eat them separately from the patty and the brioche buns.
Note that the patty is made from sirloin, so it’s understandably leaner. You can add a few drops of Wolfgang’s Old-Fashioned Sauce to add a little bit of zing.
Nothing complements the flavor of an Angus Beef Patty better than thick-cut bacon and cheese. If you think so, too, try the New York Prime Burger, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s version of a bacon cheeseburger.
For those who are looking for something unique and exciting, go for the Waikiki Burger. This comes with one-of-a-kind rice buns as well as a runny sunny-side-up egg. Don’t forget to let the yolk run all over the patty before taking a bite.
If you want to chill with your pals over quality food and drinks, head over to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse. Whether you’re just taking a break from playing at the casino or are just looking for a nice place to hang out, you’re sure to find what you need right here.
All prices are inclusive of 12% VAT and 10% service charge. While the Classic Burger is on the restaurant’s regular menu, the New York and Waikiki Burgers will only be available until December 31, 2017.
